Hempstead is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Hempstead follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Hitch install was good, guys in the garage were knowledgeable, but they misrepresent their pricing. Was told a $100 deposit over the phone, but they charged my card $200. Install went from $150 over the phone to $250 in person, and tacked on an additional unquoted $200+ to install the wiring harness. Feels predatory.

The staff here are friendly and professional. They installed a receiver hitch I bought online and only charged for an hour of labor. Competitively priced and they have just about anything you would need for trailers or accessories. They also fill propane tanks all the way unlike some other places that only do half full tanks. Nice comfortable couch to sit on while you wait.

I ordered a Leer 180 Cap for my pickup truck June 2024.I had to bring my truck in to have measurements taken to fit.I was told it would take 4-8 weeks for delivery.I was happy to hear back it's coming in 4 weeks and going to be installed.I had the cap installed and had some issue's with the back door not staying closed and alot of leakage from water and paint issue's. The cap was sent back to Leer and returned and Re-installed October 5th.I am quite frustrated and lost with words the cap leaks from water worst then before. The door & the paint we're actually the only problem fixed.I have to now go back and ask what solution can they do about water leaking from the front slider window that seems to be a manufacturer problem and the installation maybe.I am hoping they will address the issue the right way.I am only giving 1 star to give them a chance to fix this issue. Leer should be a shamed of their workmanship for me to have to return the cap.Update :I heard.back from Trailer City and they spoke to Leer and they are going to replace my cap with a new one. I AM GLAD TO HEAR THAT THEY ARE GOING TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT.UPDATE 11/28/2024 The cap was replaced finally and still issues with l
